1.

Dear Sir;
My question has to do with what you wrote about the end of the world. Don’t you believe that there will be a time when this world will cease to exist as we know it?
God Bless,
–Lynn
Response:

Dear Lynn,
The question about this world some day ceasing to exist is a matter of speculation. So, what I believe really doesn’t matter.

At this time, I have not Biblically read that anyone or anything is eternal except God. If science is correct, stars are dying all over the universe, and some day ‘our’ sun will die also.
–Victor Parma

2.

Dear Mr. Parma,

I am a Pastor of a Church. I also have a Theological degree, so I know some on Christian doctrine. My questian to you is this. “How can you believe there isn’t a hell, just because the word hell is not in the Bible”?
The word ‘automobile’ is not in the Bible, but there is such a thing.
–Pastor Carl

Response:

Pastor Carl,
Good point. But an automobile is a fact, whether it is in the Bible or not. Hell is a myth, whether or not it is in the Bible. What I believe about ‘hell’ does not matter anyway.
–V. Parma

3.

Dear Mr. Parma,
I would like to first of all let you know that I have read your book and it has been in insperation to me. You really bring new life the word of God, and I hope everyone has a chance to read it. I can see from some of the others emails that you have recieved that some people have a hard time of letting go of false traditions even when presented with the truth. I wish you the best in life and look forward to reading more from you in
the future.
–Jeff

Response:

Dear Jeff,
Thank you.
Victor Parma

4.

Dear Victor,
So far I’ve not read anywhere on your website about radiopreachers or TV evangelists. Why? Most of these people are inopposition of your site.
–Curious, Ron

Response:

Dear Ron,
They must answer to God, not me. They are not in opposition to me, but the Bible.

–Victor Parma

5.

Parma,
Let me first say that I can’t see or understand how anyone can not believe in Hell. What’s the matter with you? You are a God damned, mother fucking, son of a bitch. I hope that you toast forever in the Hell that you don’t believe in.

–John

Response:

John,
1. You don’t know what I believe.
2. “You are a God damned”: I will know this at the judgment.
3. “mother fucking”: You are correct. I had relations with my wife after she had children.
4. “son of a bitch”: You are in error. My mother was a moral, good woman.
5. I hope that you toast:
Sounds like your not sure.
–Parma
6.

Mr. Parma,
I am a Bible believing Christian. I still have faith that Jesus will return in our future, no matter what you think. You are going to be many of the ones that will not accept Him. I look forward to His soon return with open arms.

Robbin
Response:

Robbin,
What are a few reasons that Jesus Christ would not be accepted by most Christians if he were to appear on this earth today?

1. O.T. Prophets of God were not accepted, because they exposed the sins of Israel.
2. N.T. The prophet Jesus Christ would not be accepted by Christians if he were to return to this earth, because he would expose the sins of Christian religious theology.

Note: Christians do not have a problem with Jesus calling the Pharisees vipers, evil, etc.
Jesus calling Christian clergy these things [for the same reasons] would be considered bigoted, unloving, unkind, hatred and unchristian.

3. The Judeans expected the Christ to conquer the Romans.
Christians would expect Christ to conquer a world leader antichrist.
4. The Judeans expected the messiah to arrive the way they believed.
Christians expect Christ to come as their theology predicts.
5. Judean religious leaders demanded a sign as proof.
Christians would also demand signs as proof that Jesus is the real Christ.

Note: Christians would call Jesus Christ a false prophet.
Christians believe that many prophecies have not been fulfilled.
If Jesus told Christians that prophecies were already fulfilled, Christian theology would dominate over the words of Christ, and he would then be rejected as a false prophet.

Example: Many Christians believe that a one man antichrist is going to rule the entire world. If Christ appeared today, Christians would declare Jesus was a false Christ, because there is not an antichrist world ruler. Other Christians would reject Christ because there was no rapture of the church, etc.

Jesus Christ would be rejected by Christians if he appeared today, worse than he was rejected by the Judeans.

Christ was rejected by the established religious leaders in his time, and Christ would be rejected by the established religious leaders today. Not by Biblical proof: [i.e.] as in Matt. Chap. 24. Do not believe; do not go; and again do not believe.

Dear Victor,
I have noticed that most O.T. quotes are from the LXX. For example; Creation. My question is this:
Why use the LXX that is a substandard translation of the Old Testament used by the Catholic church? Why not use the Hebrew text that is more accurate and more widely accepted today?
–Dan S.

Response:

Dear Dan,
Are you sure that the LXX translation is substandard to the Hebrew?
Why use Greek over Hebrew?
1 Thessalonians 5:21 But examine everything, hold fast to that which is good;
Note: The Greek Scriptures of the Old Testament are known as the Septuagint [LXX]. This Greek translation was from the ancient Hebrew text dating back to around the second or third century before Christ. It is (at this time) the oldest complete O.T. text. If my information is correct, the oldest existing copy is from the 3rd century AD.

The oldest Hebrew translation is from a text that is dated around 1050 A.D.
This manuscript is not from the original Hebrew.

Many more verses in the New Testament are found in the LXX than in Old Testament Hebrew. There are about 238 passages from the Old Testament that are quoted in the New Testament. (Only four of these are from the Hebrew.)

Note: Beware of any translation including the Septuagint [LXX].
It’s a shame that translators cannot seem to help themselves by introducing their theology into some of the meanings of words, and that voids what the Scriptures are really saying and meaning.

The LXX has been proven to be more accurate than Hebrew. The accepted Hebrew today is not the most accurate.

To Victor Parma:
I am not a Christian, but I search sites like yours and ask Christian’s questions that they have difficulties in answering, or can not answer. I’m not convinced that you are a Christian, but I’m sure that you believe in God. I will ask of you the same question I have asked many others. You appear not to be main stream, so I’m real interested in your answer.
Can you prove that there is a God? Can you (in your own terms) prove it by the bible?
Please don’t tell me to look at the grass, the trees, the sky, the human body, or crap like that.
Respectfully,
–Aaron

Response:

To Aaron:
Question: “Can you prove there is a God with the Bible?”
Answer: No.
Romans 10:17 So then, faith {cometh} by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
I cannot prove the existence of God by my faith. My belief in God is not by proof, but by faith that comes by hearing the Word of God.

–Victor Parma

Victor:
Finally, an honest answer.
–Aaron

9.

Dear Mr.Parma,
You have me confused. I understand what you said about opinions, etc. BUT: Why don’t you state your beliefs so we can know if what is written should be taken into consideration? What does your study group believe?
Do all of you agree with each other? What makes you think you are right?

–Sincerely, Pam

Response:

Dear Pam,
Never ‘take into consideration’ anything that I have written. That is a bad mistake.
None in our study group has ever drawn a conclusion of what we as a group believe.
None of us are fully aware of what another really believes. When we concluded a subject matter, we always left each individual decide for themselves what to believe, [or not].

Note: This is how one is to ‘work out his own salvation’.
Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

I do not think I am right.

Note: We will always welcome correction, if that correction is only with Bible verses and not what one has been taught, thinks or believes.
–Victor Parma

10.

Parma,
I want to respond to what you said about the LXX over the Hebrew text.
Don’t you know that God only wrote one Bible?
That is the “King James Version”. (The Old Testament is in Hebrew.) Wise up!
–Dan

Response:

Dan,
God did not write any Bible. God’s Word was written by men whom God chose. These men were inspired by God.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture {is} given by inspiration of God, and {is} profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

The KJV contains over 20,000 errors and these are from translators. These KJV errors are from men, not from God. Therefore, the KJV is not an inspiration of God.

Why do some insist on the King James only?

1. The KJV is designed to accommodate all of the different Protestant Christian religions. It doesn’t matter what sect one belongs, because the KJV can easily be used to manipulate and interpret theology in any way a religious group prefers.
2. Because most, (if not all) of the major Bible aides are based on the KJV.

Note: These aides are a very good example of not allowing the Bible to interpret itself in any so-called Bible study. Bible aides are theology, and are a determent to any Bible study.

Is the KJV contradictive to Christ?

The KJV is used to prove that Jesus was not the Christ. Luke chapter #3 is the seed line of Jesus. In verse #36 Cainan is part of Jesus’ seed line. But in the KJV Genesis 10:24, Cainan is missing. The seed line is broken and that is the KJV proof that Jesus was not the Christ.

But, Genesis 10:24 in the Septuagint, has Cainan listed and does not break the seed line of Jesus. According to the LXX, Jesus is the Christ.

KJV Luke 3:36 Which was the son of Cainan, which was the son of Arphaxad, which was the son of Sem, which was the son of Noe, which was the son of Lamech,

KJV Genesis 10:24 And Arphaxad begat Salah; and Salah begat Eber.

LXX Genesis 10:24 And Arphaxad begot Cainan, and Cainan begot Sala. And Sala begot Heber.

Note: This is only one of the thousands of KJV errors that make the KJV Bible contradictive to Christ.

Note to the KJV only crowd. It is not necessary to write and tell me that the LXX has errors also. All Scriptures that have been translated by uninspired men have errors. God’s pure Word can be revealed to those that seek it out.

–V.P.
